Why is the Trust important to you?
NH: "It is important to give something back to the Private Rented Sector and to encourage best practice. It is heart warming to see the value that some of our grants have given to the PRS."
What would you say to anyone who is submitting an application to the Trust?
NH: "Make sure your application is in line with our objectives. Too many applicants put down alleviating homelessness as a benefit. As much as we recognise that is a huge problem, that is not what we are set up to do."
